In the spirit of giving🎄 Our studio is collecting for the 10th year! Toys, toiletries, and baby items for YWCA Harmony House. Together we can all be a Santa to someone in need this year. We are also collecting non-perishable food items for the Palm Beach Food Bank. Representatives from both Harmony House & the Palm Beach Food Bank will be in attendance to collect your donated items. Santa will make his early annual appearance on (Saturday December 15th) via Firetruck to our Holiday Party. Come by with your donation or call us to make arrangements for a donation pick-up! #spiritofgiving #thankyou #harmonyhouse #palmbeachfoodbank ... See MoreSee Less

Tai Chi at Master Ken KarateThe traditional Chinese view of health is that disease comes from imbalance. Imbalance is created by thoughts, habits, and physical and/or emotional trauma. Restore harmony and balance and the disease weakens or goes away. The body is like a river, always renewing.

Practicing Tai Chi at Master Ken Karate is an excellent way to help your body restore harmony, while revitalizing your mind and spirit.

But don’t be fooled. Tai Chi is also a martial art. While it appears slow and methodical and easy, you will be astonished at the physical workout you will get!

Western medicine now agrees that the practice of Tai Chi will bring about distinct benefits in physical balance, heart and lung function, pain control, and stress reduction.

As we all know, there are many ways to get out of balance, and humans seem to invent more ways every day. At Master Ken’s you would work privately, one-on-one with our Tai Chi instructors even in a group setting, to bring balance to your body, mind and spirit through this ancient martial art of moving meditation.

So, slow down. Come in and treat yourself to forty-five minutes all to yourself. The focus required to do Tai Chi will make that list of things you have to do “yesterday,” disappear.
