The traditional Chinese view of health is that disease comes from imbalance. Imbalance is created by thoughts, habits, and physical and/or emotional trauma. Restore harmony and balance and the disease weakens or goes away. The body is like a river, always renewing.
Practicing Tai Chi at Master Ken Karate is an excellent way to help your body restore harmony, while revitalizing your mind and spirit.
But don’t be fooled. Tai Chi is also a martial art. While it appears slow and methodical and easy, you will be astonished at the physical workout you will get!
