All adult martial arts programs are not created equal. At Master Ken’s we know that one size does not fit all. We all possess different natural abilities, different physical abilities, different attitudes, and have different needs and goals. So we have designed our programs to meet you where you are.
You do not need any special athletic ability. Once we cover the basics, your particular course of study will be individualized to match your goals and physical capabilities. Whether your goal is simply some time for yourself, some physical fitness, weight loss, hard core self-defense, or weapons training, we are the school for you.
For centuries, the martial arts have been used as a means of exercising both the body and the mind. Practicing martial arts techniques will improve your reflexes, balance, flexibility and coordination; it will improve your muscle tone and appearance, increase your strength and endurance, and enhance your focus and concentration. At its core it is an effective way to defend yourself should the need ever arise.
We appreciate the fast pace of your life and our goal is to make your time with us worthwhile. Our convenient class schedules fit most any schedule. You may choose group or private lessons. And you will only be taught by Black Belt instructors.
